Unfortunately, despite the fact that it is made of fruit, it’s not exactly the healthiest choice. So how about making a healthy pina colada that you can enjoy without all the added sugar (and guilt)?

-a blender
-pineapple chunks (frozen)
-bananas (frozen)
-light coconut milk
-unsweetened coconut shreds
-vanilla extract
-salt
-crushed ice or ice cubes (optional)
-rum (optional)
