National Hamburger Month – Ranch Hamburger Recipe

Of course you knew that and have been celebrating all along…OK, so it might be a lesser known month compared to others, but you can still celebrate it a little bit with your grill. And instead of making a plain ol’ hamburger patty and throwing it on the grill, dress it up a bit. This recipe for Ranch Hamburgers is easy to make and the results are so juicy, you’ll want to have your napkin handy.



Ranch Hamburger Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 package dry ranch seasoning dressing

hamburger buns

mozzarella cheese slices

desired burger toppings – such as lettuce, tomato slices, onions, mayo, ketchup, mustard and pickles

In a medium bowl, add ground beef. Sprinkle dry seasoning pack over the top. Mix well with your hands until the packet is all absored. Shape in to desired sized patties.

Places patties on the grill. Cook to the desired level and then lower the heat. Place cheese slice on top of the burger and leave it there just until it melts. Once the cheese is melted, remove from the grill and place on a bun. Have your guests add their desired condiments and enjoy – with a napkin or two of course!
