Healthy Snack: Granola And Yogurt


For a healthy snack that involves dairy and grains, try yogurt and granola.  There are several different kinds of yogurts as well as different kinds of granola.  Find the ones that you like and try mixing them together.  The combination of pumpkin granola and vanilla yogurt is my favorite.  It reminds me of Fall.

    I have granola in my house all the time, take a handful a couple times thru the day!!! Yogurt added to it, is great!!
