Healthy Snack: Cottage Cheese & Peaches


I never thought that I would ever like fruit in my cottage cheese.  One time when I went out to eat with my best friend she forced me to eat peaches & cottage cheese.  It was the best snack ever!  Look at the nutrients in this healthy snack!  Not only is it nutritious but the calorie count is extremely low.  Be sure to pick up the fat-free or 2% cottage cheese when you are shopping.  Canned peaches are often used but also try fresh ones!
