Healthy Snack: Berry Medley

I know when that sun starts to come out for the summer one of the first things I think about is fruit!  In the winter time, fruit just isn’t the same since it’s not really in season.  The taste is different and the feeling you get when you eat it is different.  Fruit reminds me of picnics and barbeques on a hot day by the pool.  Get some berries now and make a healthy snack with very little calories!
