Healthy Snack: Gouda Cheese, Apples, and Mayo


Apples and mayo?  Yes, I got a lot of weird looks when I was eating this at work but trust me it is addicting!  Take an apple and cut it into thick slices.  Bring out that scrumptious smoked Gouda cheese and put a small piece on each slice of apple.  The the apple slice with cheese and dip it into the mayo.  You will be surprised about the great taste.  Plus, this snack has healthy nutrients all around when you eat the right portions.
