CrossFit: Week One Review


Here I am sitting in my car after the first week that I have been at CrossFit.  I can’t get enough of good music and now I won’t be able to get enough of CrossFit!  This program is simply amazing and I recommend it to anyone trying to get in shape.

    Your gettin it done, girl! And giving me ammo to keep on going myself! I’m currently p90x’in it, and trying to eat better for MYSELF, just like you said! Just want to be a healthier woman! And yay for you for quiting the smokes! I’ve been smoke-free for almost three years now!!! :.)
