Food and Fitness: Your-Style Pizza With a Side of Walking

Items you will need for this creation:

1 (.25 ounce) package of active dry yeast

1 teaspoon of white sugar

1 cup of warm water

2 1/2 cups of bread flour

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 teaspoon of salt

Directions you will have to follow:

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F
Pour the warm water into a medium sized bowl and then dissolve the yeast and sugar in it.

Stir in all of the flour, salt and the oil.
Beat until it is of smooth texture then let it rest for about 5 minutes.

Turn the dough out onto a surface that is lightly floured and pat or roll into a round ball.
Put the crust on a lightly greased pan and spread it out to be one big flat circle.
Put all of your toppings on that you would like and then bake for 15-20 minutes or until it gets golden brown.

Let it cool for about 5-10 minutes and then serve it up!

Don’t forget… you have to exercise too!
Try this one out:

I know this is really hard but just put one foot in front of the other and you’ve got it!  Go for a walk ladies!  It’s just as effective as running but less painful.  If you’re a runner, then go ahead and run!  I encourage that too.
