Smooth butter on one side of a piece of bread and lay it butter-side down into a skillet.
Spread pesto sauce onto the side that is face-up.
Place the piece of provolone cheese over the pesto side.

Put your tomato slices on top of the provolone cheese.

Place your slice of American cheese over the tomato slices.

Spread the rest of the pesto sauce onto the other piece of bread then place on top of the American cheese.

Butter the top of the sandwich and then fry it until each side is golden brown.

Tip: To get the cheese to melt but not burn the bread, put a lid over it for one minute while heat is on low.

Good Ol’ Fashioned Jumping Jacks.

Stand with your legs together and your hands down to the side.
At the same time, open your legs up and swing your hands up to your ears, pulling your arms up from the left and right.
Make sure to jump while you do this.
Repeat the action as many times as you allow it in your routine.
You can use weights if you want to for your arms, but ankle or leg weights are not recommended.
